Skittles

My story

Skittles was a kitten living happily with her owner when the owner moved and left her behind.  A neighbor who was a dog trainer took her in.  3 yrs later the trainer developed a serious medical condition that left him blind.  A friend of his took her in.  The friend couldn’t keep her, so she sent her to EAPL where she went into a foster home.  At first, she was very sweet but also moody, probably afraid of being “dumped” so many times in her short life.   It took a while for her to trust a human again.  She’s gentle and sweet now with her foster mom.  Skittles is a very tiny girl with a big heart who just needs a a place to belong, a forever home.   Currently at the EAPL Cat Adoption Center at Chow Down in Evergreen.  Be sure to complete a cat application at www.eapl.com.  Once approved, you'll be able to adopt the cat best suited to you and your home.
