My story

Meet Vida! Vida is a petite girl and will mature to be a beautiful "pocket lab." Vida is full of love and has a silly playful personality. She is happiest right by your side (or your lap if you'll allow!) And while she does love snuggles, she has mastered being independent and will play with her toys or chew on a bone quietly by herself. Vida does very well in her crate and is doing really well with potty training. She is great with other dogs. Vida is a total girl's girl and tends to bond quicker to women and seems to bond stronger with one person in the home. She can be a little unsure in new situations and when meeting new people, but once she's comfortable she will be your new best friend for life. Vida is wicked smart and learns new tricks quickly. She currently knows "sit," "down," "touch," "spin," and "watch me." Vida is looking for a patient home where she can settle in at her own pace and continue to grow her confidence. Vida is friendly with all, but as of now she would do best with older children in the home, as fast movements and loud noises can be overwhelming for her right now. She would thrive with another dog in the home to show her the ropes and take cues from, but it is not required! If you're looking for a girl that will bond with you like no other, Vida might just be your perfect match. Vida is estimated to be 6.5 months old and 32 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
