My story
Betty came to us along with two other cats from a situation where the state stepped in after their owner was found to be taking in far more animals than they were able to care for. Betty was a bit shaken by the experience, and has slowly been learning that there are people who want to care for her. When someone gives Betty a few minutes to get comfortable, she suddenly turns into a snuggler- looking for lots of pets and gentle reassurances. She's looking for a family that wants to show her that there is plenty of love in the world when you look in the right places.
