Davey was found as a stray with a severe eye infection, and we were so worried about him. We rushed him to a specialist in Birmingham, where he received the care he desperately needed. While Davey does have some scarring on his eyes, the good news is—he can see just fine! He’s a healthy, happy, and very lucky little guy. Davey is now neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventatives, and fully ready for his forever home. He’s not just cute—he’s also super friendly, social, and sweet. He loves attention, playtime, and snuggling up for pets. This resilient kitten has been through a lot, but he’s come out the other side full of hope and affection. Now all he needs is a loving home to call his own. Apply today to give Davy the safe, happy life he truly deserves! If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have. NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption. If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.
