My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:Sylvester tolerates attention and petting but appears fearful or stressed in the shelter. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home and allow handling. We recommend this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents and due to the behavior shown, he may not be a great fit for young children.A volunteer writes: Mister Sylvester has a better sense of fun in his little paw than I've ever had in my life, but this is to be expected since he's the life of the party. Now, if he could only get an invitation for one... As he waits Mister Sylvester usually sits right at the front of his condo where he practically bounces on his paws hoping that he'll be next to have a visitor. When I opened Mister Sylvester's door, we cuddled as Mister Sylvester tried to convince me he actually is allowed to take self directed tours of the Care Center before eventually concluding he wasn't but could rest his front paws on my lap as a fun concession. With the same characteristic joy he has when approaching any novel addition, it's worth noting that Mister Sylvester plays like a baby kitten. Tossing his ball and snuggling it up to his little face like it's the best thing he's ever had and it almost is! The best thing will certainly be a forever family.
