URGENT! Cooper needs a hero! Meet Cooper, a sweet soul who’s been through more than any dog should. He came to us severely underweight, and painfully matted on his legs. But with love, consistent meals, and lots of treats, is starting to shine. He’s warming up, wagging his tail, and showing us just how loving he truly is.  But now Cooper needs life-changing help. Cooper requires an FHO (femoral head ostectomy) surgery. This procedure would relieve his pain and allow him to live a comfortable, happy life.  Right now, Cooper is struggling in a shelter environment. He urgently needs a rescue to take him in, or a compassionate adopter who’s willing to take on this surgical journey and help him heal and give him the forever home he deserves. Cooper is ready to give his heart. He just needs someone to take a chance on him.  If you or a rescue group can help this sweet boy, please reach out immediately.
