My story

Hi, my name is Patty. I am from Arkansas. From her foster: Patty is learning that she’s a lovable and good girl puppers and NOT a breeding machine. She’s still learning the ropes and does so at her own pace. She wants so much to be loved, but she’s still learning to trust that love is unconditional. Patty does have a small stubborn and mischievous streak though! If she doesn’t want to do something, well, she just won’t! She’d benefit from positive training sessions and having an owner who understands that life hasn’t been easy for her so far. Patty has so much potential, and with love and patience, she’s going to be your best friend! I am currently being treated for heartworm disease. Heartworm is not contagious so your resident pets are not at risk! The treatment for this is 3-4 months long and requires a minimum of 3 appointments and strict rest/restricted activity. My adoption can take place during treatment, while TBB manages the financial responsibility of my heartworm treatment at The Bond Between Vet Center. Any other medical care needed outside of the specific care covered in the contract disclaimer, would be the responsibility of my new family.
