My story

Hello Everyone, My name is Dottie. I am the happiest girl you have ever met. If you follow my dots to my face, happiness, adventures, and love is written there. My life started out bad. Because I was abandonded and ended up in a shelter. After 2 weeks waiting, I was ready for a family. The family who chose me consisted of 2 children (ages 7 & 10), and a mom. I loved my mom and children. I always knew how to make them smile. In the time I was there, I became great with the doggy door (no accidents), crate trained, leash trained, dog social. I have not been around cats. My foster mom does not advise cats. Possible prey drive or absolutely tons of energy. My mom's mother had to move in to help with the children. Her balance is not steady and she bruised easily. For these reasons, my mom thought it best to find the best home for me. My ideal home is active (going for hikes, playing in the yard, camping, snuggling, going to the beach) and wants me as part of their family pack. My foster mom thinks I would thrive best in a home with another dog. I am a great car rider; bring on the road trips. I am being Spayed on July 10th. Any time after I will be ready to come home furever. Please request an application from alittlelonger2home@gmail.com. when you receive the application, please fill out completely to include your three references email addresses. See you soon. Dottie Female Spayed Breed: Blue Heeler, Leopard Catahoula and pointer mix. Color: Black and white Age: 19 weeks old (As of 06/30/2025) Weight: 16lbs Great with people, children, dogs/puppies, unknown cats /kittens.
