My story

Meet Sophia. Sophia is a 4 year old purebred French Bulldog weighing around 20 lbs. Sophia will need a home that will be patient and understanding with her. She is very timid in new situations and is learning about how to live her best doggy life. Sophia is very curious in her foster home and wants to be around ‘her’ people but she will need time to feel safe and trust her new family. Sophia is currently working on potty training and walking on a leash. She is extremely motivated by food. Sophia is in a foster home with a golden retriever; however she will need to be in a home as the only dog or a home with a submissive dog. Like most French Bulldogs, she does like to be the boss with other dogs. Sophia is now spayed, up to date with vaccines and microchipped. She tested negative for heartworm and has been started on monthly heartworm prevention.
