My story

We at Muttville are very happy to introduce you to the extremely handsome Chi mix, Castro! Found working as a sous chef at a famous Cuban restaurant near Fresno, Castro perhaps sampled too many of his own recipes, taste-testing them during preparation, which may explain why, at 23 pounds, he's just a tad chunky! But he's taking it all in stride. He knows, with the right walking partner, he'll soon shed a little weight, so he can go back to tasting treats! We are told this striking 10 year-old dude was a little nervous at the previous shelter that rescued him, but who wouldn't be? Since arriving at Muttville, he seems to have calmed down a lot. He's proven himself to be a lovebug who just wants a lap and a cuddle. His new person should be prepared for some fun, spritely walks, because Castro is quite energetic. We're all falling in love with him. Come to HQ to meet him, and we bet YOU will fall in love with him, too!
