Bheem

My story

Bheem is a 55-pound-Brindle mix with loads of puppy energy. Like many young dogs Bheem is very friendly and can have a hard time containing his excitement. While he is a charming goofball, he does get jumpy and will need some basic manners training. He’s very food-motivated, which will help in that department. He does enjoy playing with other dogs, fetch with our volunteers and likes toys but will gladly trade one for a treat. Bheem will need continued leash-training as he gets excited when he sees other dogs. After a few minutes, he calms down and enjoys his walks with lots of sniffing, all the while “checking in”. Bheem is house-trained and knows “sit”. Bheem will need a loving and patient family that is committed to his ongoing training for basic commands and leash walking as well as getting him out for plenty of daily exercise.
