My story

Meet Kristi! Kristi is a smart, affectionate dog who’s looking for a calm, caring home. At 62 pounds, she’s a great mix of cuddly and playful, and she enjoys being around people. She does especially well with kids and other dogs, and she’s eager to please, which makes her a great candidate for continued training. Kristi has a moderate energy level — she enjoys playtime and long walks but also knows how to relax. She’s crate-trained, housetrained, and rides comfortably in the car. While she’s friendly, Kristi can get excited when meeting new people, so she does best with slow, calm introductions. She’s still working on her leash skills and would benefit from a patient adopter willing to help her continue learning. Kristi needs a home without cats, but she does well with most dogs and enjoys their company. If you're looking for a loyal, loving dog with a sweet personality and a lot of potential, Kristi could be the right fit! (IC)
