Wound overlying left metacarpus has healthy granulation tissue and does not show evidence of infection. No nasal discharge. No ocular discharge. Assessment: -Eosinophilic granuloma complex, improving -Wound on paw, improving -Patient may benefit from a tapering course of steroids once out of shelter.” Per an exam on 6/25: “Pt presented with e-collar on and wound on front left paw. Rodent ulcers as well. Objective: -Eating wet food that was offered. - BAR, very friendly -Ears AU dirty with dark/dry wax -Clean, no d/c, rodent ulcers, teeth stained, gums red/moist -Healing wound on left forelimb, no live fleas found Assessment: -Healing wound on left forelimb. -AU dirty with dark/dry wax ACCT Philly is located at 111 West Hunting Park Ave in Philadelphia.
