Goofy

My story

This 4-year-old 73 pound great dane mix is 75% love bug, 20% goofball, and 5% professional tennis ball hoarder. Goofy wandered in from Nottingham, clearly on an epic quest to find his forever family (or possibly just following the scent of bacon). He loves people, cuddles like he’s part marshmallow, and gives kisses like it’s his full-time job. Favorite things include: • Chomping and squeaking toys like a one-dog parade • Carrying tennis balls like precious treasures • Sitting in your lap despite the fact he’s… not exactly lap-sized • Looking back to check if you’re still there like a toddler with separation anxiety (adorable) Goofy’s leash manners are solid, he knows basic commands, and he’s ready to learn all the tricks in exchange for snacks. He’s very food motivated—honestly, same—and would do best in a cat-free home (cats are too suspiciously small and fast for this big-hearted beefcake). Due to his size, we recommend meet-and-greets with kids and other pups in the home to ensure everyone’s on board with the Goofy Love Train.
