Name: New BabyDOB: 4/7/2025Sex: FemaleNew Baby might be your new baby—but for now, she’s one of many tiny kittens in our care, part of what we’ve lovingly (and a little sadly) named the “Surrender” litter.Her story is one we see far too often: a litter of unexpected kittens born into a world already full of cats looking for homes. She’s a perfect example of why people feel overwhelmed and reach out to surrender their cats and kittens. It’s not her fault—and it’s not theirs either. It’s just the heartbreaking reality of rescue right now.But despite that tough start, New Baby is full of promise. She’s soft and sweet, with the most delicate tortie coloring and a whole life ahead of her. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as "Out of Town" pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it.
