My story

Meet Gabbie! 11 months Spayed/Female With the gorgeous good looks of a Russian Blue and a happy go lucky, spunky and playful purrsonality, it's hard to believe that Gabbie found herself out on the streets begging for help from strangers. Thankfully, a member of the public took pity on this poor girl, provided food, shelter and began reaching out to seek the help of a rescue who could offer her vet care and an opportunity for adoption. Gabbie was just a little shy at first, but she warmed up incredibly quickly, showing herself to be a really quite easy going and adaptable young cat. Fantastic with other cats, Gabbie makes fast friends with other cats in foster care - eager to romp and play, she loves to do a bit of chasing and gentle wrestling with a friend, enjoying a kitten-hood that she didnt get to have as she was trying to survive on the street. Not really that fond of being picked up of held, Gabbie is incredibly friendly, running right up to her people for pettings, rubbing on legs, and lap sitting when she's in a cuddly mood, and the never ending gratitude for her chance at happiness shows itself in her loud and near-constant purring! Her initial shyness is short-lived with gentle encouragement, and then she just blossoms and shines! Ideal for a family with older, gentle kids, or a more mature setting, Gabbie would dearly love to join a home that already has a fun and playful cat that she can befriend, bond and have fun with. Beautiful, ever so sweet and ready to love and be loved, Gabbie is ready and waiting for her special people to take her Home! Gabbie has been fully vetted and vaccinated, treated for routine parasites, she has been microchipped and has been spayed. An adoption fee of $250 applies. If you have any questions or would like to adopt Gabbie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
