She is approximately 6 years old, has been spayed, and has her upcoming annual physical on June 23rd!> Lucy comes to you with loyalty, a bit of separation anxiety, and a strong desire to make her human proud. She is great with other dogs, is docile with any human, and is good with kids when there is no food around. She doesn’t growl, but she will try to take snacks without being aggressive.> Lucy is a lover, she sleeps with her person at night, and greets her person with an excited bark and circle run - fetching her toys to show what she has!> Lucy is not our pup as she came to us for a temporary stay when my father in law underwent an extensive surgery. After a year, he unfortunately succumbed to his health concerns and my mother in law is now in the process of relocating. After very careful consideration, it appears best to rehome Lucy as my mother in law has some physical challenges making it difficult to ensure safe walking, which makes Lucy happy.> With our current family dynamics and a teen about to travel for college, Lucy will be best suited to be with someone who can walk her, play with her, and spend much time throughout the day with her.
