How this pet arrived: Stud was brought in by her previous owner on May 1, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Stud! This charming older lady is independent, opinionated and knows exactly what she wants - peace, quiet and a comfy place to call her own. Stud enjoys being pet once she's feeling safe and settled, but she's not a fan of being picked up. Personal space, please! Stud can be social once she warms up, but she appreciates a slow, thoughtful approach and tends to be on the more independent side. A calm, patient home without the hustle and bustle of young children or other pets where she can settle in at her own pace would be ideal. Stud has had chronic intermittent vomiting, so we recommend her adopter follow up with their private veterinarian to ensure she's feeling her best. If you've got a mellow vibe and a soft spot for senior cats with strong opinions, Stud might just be your perfect match. Come adopt her today, and don't forget a top-loading carrier for the journey home!Shy/Fearful Cat: Stud requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about them. At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. This pet is now ready for their new home! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 12.5 Age: 13yrs 3mths 1wks
