***LOCAL ADOPTER NEEDED (within 50 miles of Apex, NC) - this dog still needs to be spayed at our partner vet in Apex, NC*** Hi, I’m Rosie! 🐾 I’m a 2-year-old, 50 pound pup with a heart full of love and a story that’s still being written—and I hope the next chapter is with you. Life wasn't always easy for me. I wasn’t given the care every dog deserves, and because of that, I lost some of my fur to alopecia. But guess what? Since I’ve been in my foster home, I’ve been healing, growing stronger, and learning what it feels like to be loved. My hair may not be perfect, but my spirit sure is! I’m a super sweet girl who absolutely adores people—grown-ups, kids, everyone! I get along great with other dogs, too. Whether it’s playtime or just hanging out, I love having company. I’m not the biggest fan of the crate (hey, I just want to be near my people!), but I’m doing well with house training and really well-behaved in the home. One of my favorite things to do is go for walks or hikes—nature is my happy place! But I’m also a top-tier snuggler. I’ll happily curl up beside you and soak in the calm, quiet moments. I’m just as content relaxing on the couch as I am exploring the outdoors. I’ve come a long way, and now I’m looking for a forever family who will keep loving me the way I’ve always deserved.
