My story

Meet Sunflower, whose beauty and bright disposition match her namesake. Her gorgeous tiger-striped coat, ridiculously big smile, and always-wagging tail are sure to brighten your day. And if you have never been adored by a Bully before, boy are you in for a treat! They are notorious cuddlers and will love you intensely with their whole body and soul, and Sunflower is no exception.This low-rider gal isn't cut out to be your jogging partner but would love a nice walk around the neighborhood. She has a moderate energy level and tires out pretty easily, so no need for hours of tossing the ball or 10-mile hikes. A nice stroll to see the sights and smell the smells and then back to the couch for some Netflix is more her speed.Sunflower has seemed to enjoy playing with large polite male dogs though she doesn't always have the best manners if they start to get too ramped up, she just can't contain her excitement! She tries though. Sunflower was less enthusiastic about the female dog she met, but was polite and behaved herself. When the other female was extremely rude to her, Sunflower told her off appropriately. Moral of the story- like most Bullies, Sunflower prefers the company of humans but with the right match and a little monitoring she definitely could have some dog friends (no dog parks please!) So far she has shown zero leash reactivity to other dogs and minds her business and is very easy to walk.If you are looking for a cuddly companion who will love you from sun-up to sun-down and every other hour in between, Sunflower just might be the gal for you.
