My story

Microchipped, DOB: April 30, 2019 Meet Maisie, a gentle soul with a shy and nervous side at first, but don’t let that fool you! Once she feels safe and comfortable, she blossoms into a sweet, affectionate companion who loves snuggles and pets. Give her a little time and patience, and she’ll be following you around like a shadow in the mornings. She has a tender heart, quite literally, Maisie does have a grade 2 heart murmur, but it doesn’t currently affect her quality of life, and a sensitive nature, so quick, sudden movements can startle her. She prefers a calm environment where she can build trust at her own pace. Maisie doesn’t mind being picked up and enjoys being close to her humans, on her own terms, of course. During the day, she’s a quiet, independent napper who loves lounging in her cat tower. She’s perfectly fine being left alone while you’re at work or running errands. She has great litter box manners and enjoys mainly wet food right now. This chatty girl has opinions and isn’t shy about sharing them either! If you’re ready to open your heart and home to a loving, low-key, chatty cat who just needs a little time to shine, Maisie might be your perfect match.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Maizie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
