My story

My foster family is the best and can give you more information on me.Captain is a 7-year-old gentleman that looks to be a mix of terrier, boxer and who knows what else! He’s fully house trained, crate trained (though he really just wants to be near his people), and gets along great with both dogs and kids — he currently lives with two kiddos and two other dogs, and he’s a total Rockstar with all of them.He’s not a fan of cats, so we recommend a cat-free home, but honestly, other than that, Captain is as easy as they come. He rides great in the car (no drama, no drool), walks well on a leash, and is happy to either chill on the couch or keep up with younger pups when it’s playtime.Captain is the kind of dog that makes your house feel more like a home. He’s got this mellow, comforting energy that’s just... grounding. Whether you're looking for a laid-back companion or a buddy to explore the neighborhood with, he’s your guy.He’s been in foster care for a while now, and I just know his perfect match is out there.HSNBA lists all animals online from the moment of intake, and our listings are updated automatically every midnight.
