Bonnie ACCT-A-86227 Intake: Stray Age: 4Y Sex: Female Altered: Yes Medical Observation: 3/18 (Vet Check)-- The patient appears to have both urinary and fecal continence. No concern for an underlying pelvic or spinal injury. She appears to be a healthy cat. 3/16 (Vet Check)--Young adult previously spayed cat. Finder reported possible hit by car, when ACOs arrived she was able to ambulate with no apparent limp. She appears very healthy on physical exam, well fed and in slightly overweight body condition with no external injuries. She has some very mild focal soft tissue swelling at her tail base area, no abnormalities were noted with tail carriage pre-operatively, but recommend monitoring in care for ability to urinate and defecate in case there is a possible tail pull or similar injury. She will be started on pain medications in case of a soft tissue injury. Behavior Observation: 3/18 (Per vet)-- Friendly and easy to handle, soliciting attention 3/16 (Per Vet)--initially friendly but has a threshold for handling and started to hiss, swat at front of kennel
