My story

Say hello to Blue Haven South - or as we call him Blue!  We welcomed Blue to NYC on Tuesday June 24th! Blue was rescued by Waldo's Rescue after he was found abandoned in a trailer park in Georgia.  Blue is a Mixed Breed male, recently neutured, approximately 1-2 years old, and around 40lbs.   Over the past 3 days Blue has been an amazing addtion to our home!  He's loving, affectionate, quiet, calm, sleeps through the night and day! :)  Blue is great on leash and walks - no pulling and you can tell with his long legs that he''ll make a great running partner.   He sits like a pro, is learning "come" and is recognizing his name!  He's a quick learner and looking to please!  Blue has constiently gone to the bathroom outside and in the same locations!  He loves the grass.   And did I mention he's one handsome dog with a stunning Blue Eye!  Want to know more about Blue or set up a time to meet?  Contact us here or reach out to Waldo's Rescue! Personality & Characteristics: Loving, Calm, Quiet, Well ManneredMy foster dog is good with: Dogs & Kids - we haven't met any Cats yet.My foster dog is: Sleeps in the kennel and goes to the bathroom outside3 Keywords for your pup: Sweet, Good Energy and Happy Energy Level (1= calm, 10= high energy): 1 to 2 inside (calm) more energetic outside and on walksBarker? ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs. Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States and Korea. ##2442020##
