IDGSR Welcomes ROCCO into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Howdy! My name is Rocco and I'm the most handsome 2yr old male German Shepherd you'll ever meet! I'm located in Newport Tennessee and will be available for transport. Quick Facts: Age - 2yrs old Kids - would do okay with teenagers (13+) Dogs - good with other large female dogs Cats - NO cats Training - needs full obedience training 1. I am pretty new to the rescue and am in a foster home. I am desperately seeking a forever home! 2. I am a stunning boy! Not to toot my own horn but I have the sleekest black coat and dreamy dark eyes. 3. I play well with other large breed dogs and would love to have a nice female in my next home to play with, I can play chase for hours! 4. I'm athletic, friendly, affectionate, and eager to learn. I would make a great active companion! Do you like to go swimming, check out new hiking trails, or eat ice cream? I LOVE all of those things! 5. To make sure I'm the bestest boy around, will you paw-promise to train me in obedience? I want to learn things like sit, stay, down, come, recall, nice leash walking, place, and anything else you can teach me! 6. If you are not 100% ready to adopt, please wait** ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt?
