My story

Hi there! I'm Penelope! I'm a 7-month-old corgi mix with short little legs, a big heart, and a shy but loving personality. I'm 24 pounds of pure love! When we first meet, I might be a little timid (new things can be scary!), but give me a bit of time and some yummy treats, and I'll be your best friend.I love playing with other dogs, and toys are the best thing ever! I also get along great with cats and kids, so I'd fit into lots of different families. After a good play session, my favorite thing is snuggling up close - I'm a total cuddle bug once I trust you. I'm still learning some basic stuff like sit, stay, and walk nicely on a leash, but I'm super treat-motivated and eager to learn. Whether you live in an apartment or a house, I'll be happy as long as I have love, playtime, and a cozy place to nap. Do you think we could be a perfect match? I'm ready to find my forever home - maybe it's with you!Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal.
