My story

Ellie 9 MO 49 Pounds Kid & Dog Friendly (Needs Dog Companion) Crate & Leash Trained Fostered in California Hi, I'm Ellie! I am one of the beautiful "Fab Four" that were rescued from California. I am a young girl that hasn't had much exposure and has been busy discovering what life in a real home is like. I love people, but I need a bit of time to do my research when we first meet, but once I feel safe, I am very lovable and sweet, my shyness fades and the Boxer in me comes out with my unstoppable wiggle.  I have been discovering all the wonders of the world and all it has to offer; a lot of things are new to me.  I am very proud of my "sit” and want to learn other commands, I will do anything for a treat so that makes learning fun for me. I love walks but still need some guidance to walk on a straight path. I am at my best when I am with my humans and thrive well with my confident male fur brother. The best home for me would be with someone who is home often and where I would have a pal or two to keep me company, play with me, and show me the ropes. I am your classic Boxer that comes with all of the love and antics that we are known for, I am a goofy loving pup that wants to play and be with my family whether that mean cuddling on the couch watching a movie, or outside playing ball; as long as I am with you, I am happy!
