My story

Don’t let her age turn you away. This beautiful girl with striking tortoise shell markings has lotsof love and snuggles left to give! Baby is an absolute gem who will need regular checkups due to her age and to monitor her kidney values. Her forever family should be committed to continuing her care and monitoring her water intake so she can continue to live her very best life. She is so worth it!Baby will thrive in a quiet home, preferably being the only pet as she has previouslyexperienced bullying. Ideally someone will be home most of the day to offer her comfort andfrequent feedings in a clam space. She can jump up on the bed but one level living (food /water / litter box / bed) with nightlights will be best for her.Baby is a discerning gourmet and prefers Friskies or Hills Science Diet chicken flavored wetfood. She loves chicken flavored Churu treats as well – especially as “frosting” on top of thewet food.She’s a lovely kitty and at this stage of life prefers relaxation/catnapping to runningaround/playtime. Baby is quite affectionate but with boundaries so she will appreciate accessto some private space at times. Usually, she will want to keep you company in everything youdo. From working (cuddled on your lab or next to you) to relaxing on the couch (when she’ll layon your chest and purr) to bedtime (where she’ll continue to soothe you with her purrs andcuddles). She loves to be on, next to, or near her people, but is not a fan of being picked up.When she feels she’s not getting enough attention from you, she’ll use her (declawed) paws onyour arm in the cutest way that is hard to say no to, but she also knows when to walk away ifyou aren’t able to respond at that exact moment! Senior cats have so much love to give anddeserve the very best. Baby is so ready to live out her golden years in a caring, quiet foreverhome. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow-up visits.
