My story

**Please note this is pet is currently out of town pet but we will transport this pet to NJ for you when adopted. All fees listed include transport fees.** Looking for a new best friend? Look no further than Lucky Bates! This pup is as sweet as can be and would love to be your loyal companion. Though he can be a bit shy at first, once he warms up to you, you're his best friend for life. He's an affectionate dog, and will always welcome a cuddle or belly rub. He's also a great listener - he will sit by your side and listen to all your problems, and give you unconditional love and support. He loves to hide in his blankies. He's well-behaved and would fit in well in just about any home. He's good with other dogs, so if you have a dog already, he'd love to meet them. He is crate trained and working on his house training. If you're looking for a furry addition to your family, please consider adopting Lucky Bates. He's got a lot of love to give, and he can't wait to go home with you! He is around 4-6 years old and 9 pounds. He came to us after his owner passed away and he didn't have anywhere to go. It did take him about a week to settle in, but now he is a sweet guy to everyone he meets. We think he is a maltipoo mix of some sort. Interested in becoming a forever home for Lucky? We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and appreciate you working with us.For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process. Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public in Oklahoma. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
