Wayside Waifs CampusMy Friends at Wayside say: -I am a graduate of Waifs with Wisdom. In this program, I learned basic commands and leash walking skills. My adoption comes with a free 30-minute private training session. -Staff and volunteers noticed I keep my kennel clean. While this doesn’t guarantee I am house-trained, I will most likely be easier to train if I am kept to a schedule. - Balls, squeaky toys, rope toys, I love them all! My home needs are: -I have a lot of energy and need an active adopter!-If you have kids in the home 6 years old and younger, I will need to meet them to make sure they enjoy my enthusiasm for life! -I am eligible for a Slumber Pawty, a 7-10 day in-home trial period. I’m a 2-year-old pit bull mix with a zest for life and a heart full of love. If you`re looking for a smart, playful, and affectionate companion to join you on all of life’s adventures, I might be the perfect pup for you!I absolutely love being around people—just knowing I’m part of the action makes me one happy guy. Whether we’re out on a hike, playing in the yard, or just hanging out together at home, I want to be by your side. I’m also a proud student in the Waifs with Wisdom training program, which means I’m working on my basic obedience skills and learning all sorts of good manners. I really enjoy training sessions—they challenge my mind and give me a chance to show off how smart and eager to please I am. Mental enrichment is one of my favorite things, especially when it involves treats or toys!Speaking of toys—I love them! Balls, squeakers, tug ropes—you name it, I’m in. I have a lot of energy, and I really thrive when I get to burn it off through play, exercise, and outdoor adventures. I’d be a great match for an active person or family who enjoys hiking, running, or just spending time outside. I’m a lively young man who’s always ready to explore the world with a wagging tail and a big smile on my face.I’m also super friendly with other dogs! I enjoy making new canine friends and having a buddy to romp around with. Playdates, group walks, or a four-legged sibling would all be fine by me. I think life is just better when you get to share it with others—whether that’s people or pups!I still have a bit of growing and learning
