My story

Mabel is a sweet, affectionate little dog who’s ready to melt your heart. She adores people, gets along well with other dogs, and is perfectly polite around cats. This gentle girl had a rough start in life, so she can be a little shy at first—but with kindness and patience, her loving personality shines through. Mabel would make a perfect work-from-home companion. She’s happiest just being near you—quietly snoozing on her dog bed while you work or curling up next to you while you read or watch TV. She sleeps peacefully in her crate at night and loves to go for short walks… or just be carried like the princess she is! She may not know many commands yet, but she’s eager to please and a quick learner. Dress her up (she looks adorable in clothes!) or tuck her into your bag—Mabel is ready to be your little sidekick wherever you go. This sweet girl is ready for a second chance and a forever home where she can be her best self. Could it be with you? (An adoption fee of $500 is required.) Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations before being placed in their forever homes.
