  Meet Summer Lovin’ – your very own ray of sunshine! This sweet and gentle girl is the perfect blend of warmth, calm, and curiosity—like a lazy summer afternoon wrapped up in a four-legged friend. Since settling into her foster home, Summer Lovin’ has been a quiet, easygoing companion who’s just as happy strolling through the neighborhood as she is snoozing by your side. She loves getting out to explore and has a curious spirit that keeps walks interesting—occasionally picking up the pace when something catches her eye. At home, she’s mellow, affectionate, and full of kisses—her favorite way to show her love. She’s got a soft spot for cheese (though, peanut butter isn’t really her thing!). Summer Lovin’ previously lived with another dog, and we believe she’d thrive with a friendly canine companion in her next home. With her peaceful presence and playful spark, she’s ready to add a little joy to every corner of your life. Adoption fees are as follows, plus tax: $150 for large adult dogs (older than 1 year); $250 for small dogs (under 25 lbs) and all puppies (under 1 year); $60 for adult cats (over 6 months of age), $100 for kittens (under 6 months of age), and $25 for small animals. When you adopt a pair of kittens together, the total adoption fee is $150.  PAWS, the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization dedicated to saving Philadelphia's homeless and at-risk animals.
