My story

Lexi is a petite, young, elegant and sweet girl, who was found skinny and crying in the rain. She immediately won her foster mom’s heart with her gracefulness and gentleness. She instantly adjusted to house life, sleeping sprawled on top of the bed with her belly up just hours after getting indoors. She is a perfect roommate, having the quietest meow and perfect house manners. When you come home, she will greet you at the door, excited to see you. Then, she will match your energy level and will gladly play if you feel like it, or just as gladly cuddle with you on the couch or play by herself nearby if you prefer a quiet evening. She is a very self-sufficient and independent cat and will happily play by herself with her favorite toys, run zoomies, or watch birds from the top shelf of the tower when you are at work. She is very easy to care for and to understand and would make a great pet for even an inexperienced owner. She would do great in most house settings, – from those who work long hours, to those who are at home all the time. Due to her gentleness and considerate “soft” playing she would be great with people of a wide age range, as long as they give her some space when she wants to relax. She is in perfect health and has not been noticed to have any behavioral issues. With proper step by step introduction, she might be comfortable with other cats in the house, – in her foster home she got along with several cats who are known for their social behavior and easy nature. Lexi is a perfect sweet cat who will make you fall in love with her as soon as you meet her and will fill your house with love and warmth.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Lexi, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
