My story

Meet the most talkative and cuddly house panther, Cricket!  This affectionate guy loves people — he's never met a person he didn’t like, and he wins everyone over instantly with full-body cuddles and a purring motor that kicks on the moment you say hello. Cricket is chatty, playful, and full of opinions. He’ll happily tell you all about his day and expects you to listen (and maybe open a door or two — he hates closed doors). He thrives on attention and doesn’t do well alone, so if you're home a lot and want a furry shadow who talks back, he’s your perfect match.  He’s handsome, social, and endlessly entertaining — equal parts lap cat and goofball. If you're ready for constant love, loud conversations, and a best friend who’s always down to hang out, Cricket’s waiting to meet you. Cricket is also the ultimate explorer and definitely needs a house where he has free reign to roam wherever and as he pleases once he has settled in.  We think he would do best with a cat buddy in a new home. He came into the rescue from the mean streets with his mom and six siblings after being found by a kind person. His estimated birth date is April 3, 2025.
