Meet TLC (aka Chilli)!Chilli is a pretty little torbie with a tender heart and soulful eyes. Affectionately known as TLC, this bashful girl is slowly learning that people can be kind and gentle. She`s currently in a nurturing foster home, where she`s taking small but brave steps each day toward trusting the world around her.Chilli would do best in a quiet home with a confident, friendly cat who can help her feel safe and teach her how to be bold. She’d also love to be adopted with her sweet sister, Salt-n-Pepa (aka Pepa)—they`re a perfect pair who bring out the best in each other.If you have a soft spot for shy kittens and the patience to help Chilli blossom, she just might be the loving companion you’ve been waiting for.
