My story

A5699149 Meet Adam , a 5-year-old German Shepherd mix and a magnificent teddy bear of a pup! With his rich, fluffy black and brown coat and a sweet little sprinkle of white on his nose (like powdered sugar!), he’s as charming as he is handsome. Adam came to us with a hurt paw, but he’s all healed up and full of happy energy now! He’s alert, intelligent, and would thrive with a job, regular exercise, or some outdoor adventures to keep him active and engaged. Super affectionate and friendly, Adam bonds closely with his people but is also a social butterfly who gets along great with other dogs - he’s a total playgroup rockstar! If you're looking for a fun, energetic companion without the chaos of puppyhood, Adam is your perfect match &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143  -5 year old black and brown German Shepherd mix - but might be younger? Certainly has a youthful spirit!     -60 pound neutered male -up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 5/13/25 as stray -magnificent teddy bear of a pup, with a rich, fluffy black and brown coat and the cutest sprinkle of powdered sugar on his nose -came in with a hurt paw, but he's all healed up now and happy as can be! -alert and intelligent - could really thrive with a job, or plenty of exercise or adventures -very affectionate, people oriented, and friendly - leans in for loving and bonds close to his family, but easily makes other friends -does excellently with other pups as well - great in playgroup and gets along with every dog! -would be a fabulous choice for someone who wants a fun, active pup, but doesn't want to deal with a puppy   ADAM’S VIDEO: https://youtube.com/shorts/o2LzZsBJO   For more information, contact volunteer Lisa at lisaa@unitedhopeforanimals.org Photo Credit @ jsumphotography   Look up this or other animals at Baldwin Park Animal Care Center https://animalcare.lacounty.gov/view-our-animals/    Use their unique ID NUMBER.
