Meet Penelope – Your Shy-at-First, Sweet-Always Sidekick! 🐾💛 Hi, I’m Penelope – a 2-year-old, 27-pound sweetheart with the most loving heart and the kind of soft, soulful eyes that might just steal yours. I can be a little shy when we first meet, but once I know I can trust you... I’m ALL yours! Snuggles, kisses, tail wags – you’ll get the full Penelope experience. I’m an active girl who loves to play and would be thrilled to tag along on all your adventures – whether that’s daily errands or weekend getaways. I’m ready to be your go-anywhere, do-anything kind of pup! I do great with people both tall and small, and I love playing with other dogs in my foster home. I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure what to think of those mysterious little creatures. I come fully equipped with a gorgeous coat, shiny expressive eyes, and a heart of gold. Plus, I’m house- and crate-trained, so we can skip straight to the fun stuff – walks, belly rubs, and making memories. I’m so ready to start my new chapter – one filled with love, adventure, and being that little heartbeat at your feet. If you think I might be your perfect match, please don’t scroll past! I came into this rescue Heartworm positive but have since had my treatment injection and am well on my way to being negative. I will need to be sure to have my preventative each month.
