Sandor was rescued from seventh street in Harrisburg when he showed up in winter looking for shelter and food. Sandor participated in the Trap Neuter Release program and has since joined the foster program, where he is now available for adoption. Sandor is a big cat; he is slightly overweight and would benefit from a home that will help curb his eating and help him lose weight to be healthier. Sandor is a HUGE love bug and melts in your arms whenever you pick him up. He loves being a lap boy and will sit on your lap and rub up against you for pets for hours. He also LOVES to snuggle at night and can’t get close enough to you. He is very shy at first and will hide in a corner or under the bed until he feels safe but once he does he comes out of his shell and loves attention. Sandor is a little defensive when it comes to other cats but he has gotten much better with his foster brothers and sisters. Sandor would thrive in a house where he is the only cat but over time he could thrive in a home with other cats with enough patience and persistence. Sandor LOVES playing with toys, he likes chasing toys and dangling toys and cat nip toys; he will be nothing but a playful love bug who loves to snuggle with you and sit on your lap.  Are you looking to give an abandoned kitty a second chance at a love and a home forever?
