My story
Meet Commander, a 1.5-year-old male Miniature Pinscher mix with a big personality and a love for adventure. Commander absolutely thrives around other dogs and must have a canine companion in his future home. He's an excellent car rider, walks great on a leash, and is always ready to explore. His ideal home has a 6-foot fence and someone who can keep a close eye on him in the backyard—he's curious and quick, and safety comes first. Commander is based in Houston, TX, where the stray animal crisis continues to grow. Since 2022, we’ve been offering transport to approved adopters in the Pacific Northwest, Midwest, and East Coast every three weeks.
