My story

Meet Ruth Ann – Sweet and Steady GSD Mix Ruth Ann is a young adult German Shepherd mix with calm energy and soulful eyes. She’s done well meeting new people during her time with us, but can be wary when new people enter a place she calls her home and a slow introduction is needed. She enjoys spending time in our gentle and dainty large dog playgroup and currently shares her kennel with another dog. She came to the shelter after a Good Samaritan found her roaming the streets, and she handled the car ride without any trouble. Ruth Ann walks fairly well on leash, though she can get a little excited at times. Ruth Ann is a sweet, steady dog who would make a great addition to a calm, patient home, that is familiar with her type of breed. Come meet her and see if she’s the right fit for you.
