Meet Rosie, URGENT DUMPED WHEN OWNER WAS ARRESTED NOW SHE IS SCARED! SHE IS A BABY! Rosie was brought into our shelter due to her owner being arrested. We were told that she was being picked up, but sadly they have now surrendered her. This girl is CUTE!! She walks great on leash and LOVES cuddling with other dogs!
