My story

There is a Mouse in the House! ...well... a 150lb Mouse, that is! Mouse is a super sweet, super friendly purebred English Mastiff looking for her very own, loving forever family. Mouse is currently being fostered in a home with lots of other dogs, and has settled in beautifully. While Mouse has been exposed to cats and poultry... she does find them to be a tasty snack instead (don't worry, we haven't actually let her get anyone!), so a home without small prey animals would be best! Mouse has previously been fostered in a home with children and did GREAT - in fact, her favorite activity was jumping on the trampoline with the kiddos! Mouse is currently located in the Houston area, but can be adopted nationwide for the right family. She is spayed, currently undergoing heartworm treatment (100% treatable and covered by the rescue), fully vaccinated, and otherwise healthy. Mouse is working on putting on some weight, as she was thin/underweight when we rescued her, and has some callouses on her elbows and booty indicative of being left outside on concrete slabs for much of her previous life. Don't worry though - they don't bother her! Mouse is an easy going, lovely girl and we cannot wait to find her perfect forever family! If you are interested in adding this Mouse to YOUR house, apply to adopt here: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/6476b07912357a9a4606eddf/683e1e6ff40b2f24a500c328

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Mouse, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
