My story

Introducing Cash! He was brought to the shelter along with his bestie, Legend on 6/20 because they kept getting out of their yard so the former pet parents signed them over. So both are in a quick search for a forever home or homes that will keep them safe and sound in their own home so they never have to experience a loud, overcrowded shelter again. Cash is only a year and 7 months old and weighs a mere 79lbs. The volunteers describe him as a great, young dog who is so sweet, cute, and polite and has a lot of life left to give. He is also a smart young man as he knows several commands such as sit when asked and will sit nicely for some treats. Please take some time and visit with him in Run 120; his ID is 11107. He is waiting for you! Please help him find his way out of the shelter and into your heart, home and family. If you have space, time, patience, love, and lifestyle to ensure Cash has the best upbringing possible. If you have the space in your home and your heart for both kiddos, they would be forever grateful to you. Cash is current on vaccines, will be neutered, microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. Please take some time and schedule to meet this awesome kiddo and get to know him a little better. Cash is probably what you have been looking for all this time. He is patiently waiting for his forever family to save his life. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
