My story

Hi there my name is Jane. I was taken in by Stray Cat Blues from a not so good situation with a lot of other kitties in January. I have been with my current foster mama since right before Easter. She says I have blossomed beautifully and am ready to start looking for my forever home! I LOVE to be pet by my foster mama now but was not open to being touched in the beginning and threatened with hisses and skippity paps from my paws. My foster mama gave me scritches with a back scratcher and I really liked that so I decided to stop giving skippity paps and let her give me scritches with her hands and man do I LOVE to be pet now! I use the litter box all the time, walk around the house now instead of hiding all the time, and I really enjoy spending time with my cat foster siblings. I have 2 dog foster siblings too that I don't mind being near now but if they try to play with me I give them a skippity pap. My foster mama says I will need a very patient adult only home that is quiet and has at least one other friendly confident cat that I can continue to learn from and play with. Since I am a very shy girl I might need to meet my forever hooman a few times before going to my forever home and I will take time to blossom in my forever home just like I did here in my foster home but I think I'm worth it.
