I’m Kkumi, a small but mighty little gentleman with a big personality wrapped in fluffy golden fur. People say I look like a living teddy bear, and I won’t lie. I do turn heads wherever I go! I absolutely love human attention. I’ll happily come up to say hi and enjoy some cuddles even with new faces. Pick me up and I’ll settle in like a pro! I'm also pretty smart. I’ve heard “sit,” “down,” and “wait” before, and I think I’m ready to brush up on them again with a little practice. I’m playful, curious, and full of spunk. But I also like to do things on my terms. I’ve got a sensitive side, especially when it comes to grooming or moments that feel a bit uncomfortable. I might let you know with a gentle nibble if I need a break, so I’d thrive with someone who understands that communication is a two-way street. I’ve still got a baby tooth or two, which will be taken care of soon, so I’ll be even more comfortable!   Social Skills • With People: I enjoy making new human friends and love being the center of attention. I haven’t met many young kids yet, so a home with adults or older children would be a great match.• With Other Dogs: I enjoy meeting other dogs especially ones around my size. I do best with calm and friendly pups, especially if we take things slow.• With Cats: I haven’t met any cat friends yet, but I’m open to polite introductions if needed.   Life at Home I’m a toy lover through and through! Give me a squeaky friend and I’ll happily keep myself entertained. I use both indoor pads and go outside for potty breaks, and I’m pretty good at making myself at home wherever I go. When I want something, I’m not shy. I might let out a bark or two to get your attention. And yes, sometimes I bark at strangers too, just to keep everyone on their toes! But I calm down quickly when you show me everything’s alright. Because I’m confident and spirited, I’ll need a family who’s ready to be both loving and consistent. I do best with structure and clear boundaries someone who can help guide me with kindness and clarity as I continue to grow into my best self.   On My Walks‍ Walks are so fun! I love sniffing around and taking in the world. I walk well on a leash, though sometimes I pause to investigate every interesting scent. You’ll see that I’ve got a curious little nose and a tail that wags with every new discovery.   My Ideal Home I’d be happiest with someone who understands little dogs with big personalities especially Pomeranians! If you’ve loved one before, you’ll know exactly what I mean. I’m not just a pretty face (though I really am adorable) I’m smart, expressive, and deeply affectionate once I feel secure.
