Originally from the Bahamas, this cheerful terrier mix is ready to bring joy and energy into his forever home. Friendly with both people and other dogs, Phelan is a social butterfly who loves making new friends. Whether he’s out exploring the yard or soaking up attention from his humans, he approaches life with a playful and curious spirit. His little nub of a tail may be missing, but his zest for life isn’t! Phelan’s charm, resilience, and enthusiasm make him a truly special companion. Ready to add some joy (and a few goofy smiles) to your days? Phelan is waiting to meet you! All dogs will be altered, microchipped, and receive age-appropriate vaccines prior to adoption.
