My story

Summer is a precious little kitten who has overcome so much in her short life. When Summer came to Paw Prints, she was in critical condition, suffering from a severe anal prolapse that required emergency surgery. At just 8 ounces, she was incredibly tiny and fragile, but this brave girl pulled through against the odds. Her recovery wasn’t easy. Summer needed round-the-clock care and struggled for weeks to gain weight. But with a lot of love and dedication from her foster and the Paw Prints team, she made it! Now fully healed, she’s blossoming into the vibrant, playful kitten she was always meant to be. Summer now spends her days chasing toys, wrestling with her brother Friday, and snuggling with her friend Milani. She’s affectionate, joyful, and absolutely loves having other feline friends around, so we’re hoping her forever home will include at least one kitty companion. Ideally, we’d love for Summer to be adopted with her brother Friday, but we understand that might not always be possible. What’s most important is that she joins a home where she’ll never be alone, because Summer thrives with the company of other cats. After everything she’s been through, Summer is finally living her best life.
