How this pet arrived: Scuttle was brought in by a community member on June 18, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Scuttle! This cutie came to us as a stray with some itchy skin, but don't worry - with a little TLC and some meds, he'll be looking and feeling fabulous in no time. Scuttle is a friendly, wiggly pup who's still learning the ropes, so he'll need some help with basic manners and obedience. He's a blank slate with tons of potential and a heart full of love. If you're ready for a fun-loving sidekick who's as sweet as he is scruffy, Scuttle's your guy! Come down to Oceanside with a leash and collar, and meet him today!
