My story

Meet Sophia! Sophia is a gentle and loving kitten with a heart as soft as her tiny meows. She enjoys playtime like any kitten, but she’s truly a lap cat at heart—cuddling is her favorite pastime, and she’ll happily snuggle in your arms or curl up on your lap for hours. She gets along wonderfully with other kittens and would do great with one of our other fosters or your existing cat or kitten. Sophia was discovered by a kind-hearted elementary school student who placed her in a friend’s backpack to help get her to safety. That friend’s mom wasn’t able to keep her, but reached out to us knowing we rescue kittens. We’re so glad she did—Sophia is an absolute gem. On top of her sweet personality, Sophia has the cutest little “poop stain” on her front paw—a brown smudge on her otherwise white-and-tabby coat that gives her even more character and charm. This special girl is ready to bring love, cuddles, and a little bit of sass to her forever home!
