Piglet

My story

Meet Piglet! He came to Miri's about twice the weight that he ought to be, and he is on a diet and exercise plan to help him get swimsuit ready. If you want a weight-loss partner, he could be perfect for you. Piglet gets along well with other dogs and cats and would benefit from having another dog in his next home. He is working hard on his housetraining and is doing well with a belly band in the meanwhile. Piglet enjoys going for walks and is easy to handle on the leash. He loves belly rubs. He can be left home alone without getting into mischief. Piglet needs a little time with new people before he trusts them enough for pets. So, his new home will need to be patient and go slowly with him. He fares better meeting new women than men. Currently, Piglet's breathing seems labored, which may be weight-related. He has a level three (out of five) heart murmur that does not require medication. His weight makes it hard for him to do stairs, so he'll need a lift for now. Once he has slimmed down, he would be a perfect dog for someone who can take him on lots of walks and maybe even hikes. He loves to sniff and explore. Piglet is a sensitive and sweet soul.
